Technologies
Our clinic makes it a practice of always having the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Currently, our diagnostic technology is centered on advanced, all-digital echocardiography using the Vivid 7.
The Vivid 7, a cardiac ultrasound device, is not only used to interrogate traditional cardiac parameters (often abnormal in CFS), but is now extensively used to detect cellular free energy that helps us understand the nature and pattern of cellular energy defects so prevalent in CFS.

The pattern of energy responses using multiple echocardiographic interrogations in real time is called a terrain map and is unique to each patient and to CFS in general. The terrain-map technique was developed at the Cheney Clinic and is used for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. It is constantly evolving.
